Please be certain that this 308 Win Ammo is mildly corrosive! That means its primers, once ignited, will deposit corrosive salts on your rifle’s barrel, chamber, bolt, and gas system. If you fire this ammo, you must make certain to take the appropriate steps while cleaning your rifle – or else rust will take hold.
This military surplus 308 Win ammo by Czech manufacturer Sellier & Bellot was produced during the late ‘70s for FAL and G3 rifles. It’s in remarkably good condition considering that it has been sitting in storage for over four decades, and it’s ready to get out into the world and finally serve its purpose. Simple 147-grain FMJ projectiles are all a target shooter needs to hone his craft!
This ammo should function correctly in other types of rifles, so long as they have heavy hammer springs. (A light strike may fail to ignite the military-style primer.) Brass cases, which promote cleaner, more reliable performance are a nice touch for Cold War-era ammo. We have not yet determined whether this ammo has magnetic or nonmagnetic bullets or Berdan or Boxer primers; we have not yet recorded its muzzle velocity, either.

Great ammunition and pretty affordable!
I’ve bought tons of this ammunition and it’s pretty good! Haven’t had any jam ups with this ammo yet, I use Winchester in all my guns.

Relatively inexpensive target ammunition. Clean, reliable, well packaged. I recommend.
